How it Works
Gaming Party Bus® is a unique party idea which will take the stress away of your party planning whilst making sure that all your guests are entertained throughout the event.
The booking process of your ultimate gaming party is easy and straightforward. You name the time and date and we will bring the party to your home or a suitable venue that you recommend. We require 50% initial deposit when you book online with the remaining balance to be paid 48 hours prior to your party going ahead via email payment link we send the week of your booking.
On the day of your party we would need a suitable parking space (2 car lengths).The only other requirement is that we can connect a power cable to your power socket.
We operate in West London area. However, we do travel further within the M25 . Please check our Travel Zones for more information. You can also check availability online.
We aim to arrive 30 min earlier in order to set up the equipment and make sure everything is ready for a gaming party. Our gaming bus can fit up to 15 kids (10 kids inside and 5 outside), which makes the cost per head very reasonable. All parties are supervised by our experienced Game Coaches to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone is engaged. Every party is tailored according to people’s interests and age in order to make it special for everyone.
