Gaming Party Bus FAQ’S

What power do you need?

We require a standard 240V power supply (a regular domestic plug socket) within 20 meters of our parking spot. If there’s no power available at the location, we can bring a generator for an additional cost.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily operate within the M25 area. However, we can occasionally make exceptions to travel outside the M25 on the west side of London, as it’s closer to our base. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our range, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Can you park on the road?

Yes, we can park on the road outside your property as long as it’s safe and there are no parking restrictions in place.

What will happen on the day of the party?

The van and host will arrive at your location approximately 15-30 minutes before your party start time to set everything up.

Is there anything else I need to do after I book?

All we need from you is adequate parking on the day, access to a power point, and a bunch of excited kids ready to have fun!

How much parking do I need?

Our vans are 7.5 metres in length (2 car lengths back to back), approximately 2.3 metres wide and 2.85 metres height, so we need a space big enough for the van to park comfortably.

What if parking needs to be paid for or a ticket is given?

We would not be able to proceed with a party if there is not parking made available to us as we can only carry out parties on a stationary basis. If parking needs to be paid for, then this needs to be carried out by the person responsible for making the booking with us. If adequate parking is not available and a ticket is written out to us, then the payment of the ticket would again be under the person who made the booking’s responsibility. What if I want to book the van at a location that doesn’t have a power supply?

We can supply a generator at an extra cost.

Is the bus only for children?

Not at all. We also do parties for big kids (adults), corporate events, weddings, stags and hen’s.

What consoles do your vans have?

We have PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox ONE. This is between both inside and outside screens.

How many can fit on the van at one time?

Up to 10 can fit inside. There are also screens on the outside of the van for more interactive gameplay and additional 5 players. For a great gaming experience our maximum is 15 players at one time.
